Hopeful.

Behind this smile is a broken heart.

As we grow older, the problems that occur in our life becomes more challenging to take. I guess it goes with time and with experiences we've been through. I know that every person undergoes certain difficulty in  life. May it be as small as losing a pair of shoes or as big as losing a love one. But I religiously believe that God will not give us a paradox we can't pass through, we just need to believe in Him and in ourselves too. Let's all be hopeful and trust Him. He knows what He is doing. Everything will be alright in the end.

Branded Dreams...

All of us wants something, may it be gadgets, shoes, clothes, bags, or anything that we would buy if money isn't a problem. I want branded stuff. I go for quality over quantity and I also want pieces that never goes out of style. Classic pieces as what they've said! :)

DISCLAIMER: All the photos were copied from Google. ☺

I always always wanted to own a double C bag, especially this Chanel 2.55 one. :)

A woman in a red sole is never ugly. This is my dream shoes. I swear! I love heels though it hurts like hell to wear one. But it really makes my legs nicer to look at. :p Christian Louboutin!

My dream bag. Hermes. I want the crocodile skin. :)

This is actually part of the industry I'm pursuing. I want to have a really nice kitchen. I want it to be minimalistic and I also want it to be black and white and a touch of steel.

You can never go wrong with an LBD. Enough said. :)

I want to have a shades or sunglasses collection. I just love them! :)

Since I laid my eyes on the T&C's key necklaces, I know I have to have one. It's so me, I'm not kidding! Plus I have a small collection of necklaces with pendants, this would be a perfect addition to it.

YSL wallet. Specifically this one, I really want one. I want to replace my Guess wallet with this one. :D

I know soon, after working hard, I can get these things on my own. And I'm really looking forward to it! GIRLS WILL BE GIRLS. :)

Stress Reliever

If twitter is my shock absorber, watching movies is actually my stress reliever. I usually post my own review or reaction about the movies I watch here. So here are the ones I've watched:

DISCLAIMER: All the photos were copied from Google. ☺

Watched this last May 20. It's first showing day. And I like it but the first three movies were greater than this one. Johnny Depp is brilliant as usual! And I love Penelope Cruz! Such beauty and her accent's actually a plus points. :)

I cannot as in CAN NOT miss this one. I love Paul Walker and I love this one!! My favorite from all the Fast & Furious movies. Great effects, superb storyline. I LOVE IT!!! Words aren't enough. :p

I was and still am singing the movie's theme song until after 2-3 weeks. Brighter than Sunshine! I like the story, one of those movies that makes you wanna fall in love. :)

THIS. ♥♥♥ I love this movie. This is instantly added to one of my favorites. :) I love the 'flowers', the card, their lines. Oh, a must watch! :) For me, personally, it's really not all about making out rather it made me realize that if you have a feelings for someone, you really can't fool yourself. There's this certain happiness you can only get from that person.

Hong Kong '11

Last May 11-14, I, together with my classmates, went to Hong Kong for 2011's Hong Kong Food Exhibition. Our school competed with Hong Kong's International Culinary Competition and we luckily brought home 7 medals all in all--2 golds, 3 silvers & 2 bronzes. :)

On the other note, after 10 years I had been able to travel out of the country again. Yay! :p I'm gonna tell some tidbits through the photos. :)

Arrived in NAIA Terminal 1 at exactly 6am. Our call time because our flight was at 8am. :)

Philippine airports are really disappointing. It's shameful that we have a Terminal fee. Oh, I don't wanna rant about this furthermore.

I got window seat going in and out of Manila. Just what I wanted. :) This photo was taken during boarding & minutes before take off.
Touch down HK! I had the same flight with (L-R) Jarl, Tina, Rose & Max. Plus Em & Fred but they're not in this photo. Others took Philippine Airlines & Tiger Airways, we've chosen HK Airlines. :)
Getting our luggages. :)

When we arrived in HK, we were so hungry that we ate at Burger King. Okay, don't judge us. We were SO hungry by that time! :p
HOFEX 2011 ♥♥♥

All we had to do in Hofex was to observe, watch & eat. Free tastes baby! :)

With Rose, my room-mate in the hotel. :)

This photo was grabbed from Global Culinary & Hospitality Academy. :) I'm SO proud of my fellow Global Academy students & chef instructors.

Off to eat in Causeway. :)

We drank Jack Daniels + Coke. I didn't like it. I'm really not a drinker nor a smoker. My vice is actually eating, A LOT. Hahaha :)

MTR! :) We rode MTR and a bus within those 4 days. :)

We had a free half-day city tour so we took advantage of it. A shot from a bay. Dunno what bay though. :)

The trip was really short. If only we could extend our stay.. But we have a class on the 16th already. This was taken while we're waiting for the bus who'll gonna send us to the airport. :)

Jumpshot before checking in. :D

Jumpshot while waiting for boarding! Gate 20. :) We arrived in Manila at 12mn. :)

Group shot with Chef Brando Santos, our chef instructor and Chef Rob Pengson, one of the owners of our school Global Academy. :)

Photos can't give justice with the happiness I've felt, I assure you. :) I can't wait for my next trip with my Global friends. I hope next time, it would be more of a R&R.
